The checking in service was poor. I had to waste near one hour till i got the good room. Main problem was from one recepinet at the time, he was not dealing gentley with me as customer who spent almost 15 nights during few months. customer treament needs to be improved so we can keep coming to your hotel. It is up to you to do internal investigation to prevent this from happining again.

+ve : The Hotel Ambiance is nice, the buffet breakfast is quite good az well, the staff were quite friendly, -ve : the hotel is on the highway so its a bit difficult to catch a prepaid taxi from there, and also the shopping malls arent nearby except the Khobar Mall, where you will hardly get what your are looking for....also in my 8 days of stay there i never got the COFFEE MATTE even after requesting everyday except the coffee part i liked the hotel very much. i can say 3.5/5 Rating

i like staying in this hotel..i spent 4 nights and every thing is perfect and its real value for money.....however they should relaxed late check-out facility to stayers who took late check-in. however, i prefer to stay in this hotel for the next time (if charges are same, though.lol....) all the best,
